Dr. Eric Liederman serves as CEO of CyberSolutionsMD, LLC, a digital health, privacy, security and IT resilience consultancy. He previously served as Director of Medical Informatics and National Leader of Privacy, Security and IT Infrastructure for Kaiser Permanente, which serves over 15 million members with over 25,000 physicians across the United States. Dr. Liederman has also served as in informatics leadership roles at the University of California Davis Health System and at Catholic Healthcare West (now Common Spirit) Health System. In these roles, Dr Liederman deployed system-wide Electronic Health Records, patient portals and other clinical information systems; built privacy and security governance that delivered protection without interference in patient care; oversaw over $250 Million annually in IT investment; and designed IT resilience programs that maintained system continuity. Dr. Liederman has published, and speaks internationally on topics including knowledge management, patient e-connectivity, collaboration with IT, and privacy and security. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, his MD from Tufts University, and his MPH from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
